Getting help with a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include your browser and version, your operating system, what you were doing, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. Please do not send passwords or card numbers.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time using the link in your Dodo Payments receipt email. For billing questions or refund requests, email us from the address you used to buy and include your receipt number. Please see the Pricing & Refund Policy.
